The traditional colourful houses are located over a cliff, which provides them with an excellent seaview. The surrounding green garden is commoned. Getting down the cliff through our stairs will get you in the main sandy beach of Votsalakia village. So you could be swimming in two minutes, after you have your homemade breakfast. Very close to us is the down town of Votsalakia village(0.7km). Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km.

Yoga session
Twice a week do Hatha yoga on Loukoulos' garden above the sea, with our yoga instractur, Fotini is not included in the accommodation price.
Cooking session
If you love Greek cuisine and cooking, then join in our cooking seccions. Is not included in accommodation's price

This has been the best place we ever stayed at and we can recommend it to anyone. Elpida has been so helpful. Already before our trip started she gave us tips, organized a car for us and took a lot of care that we find everything and arrive safely. The place is run by the Elpida and her family and they are all so wonderful people, we really did not want to leave them.

We had a wonderful time here. Everything was perfect. We felt like home from the first day. Elpis, Flora, Katarina and Jorgos treated us like family members. They are so heartwarming and gorgeous people. The apartment was very clean and perfect disigned - all those tiny accessoires and the marvellouse view to the sea made it perfect. We got also a lot of great information about trips to do in Samos. Also the food in the restaurant Loukolous was amazing - loved it! So we could definitely recommend this place. Me and my husband must admit that this holiday has been the best ever in our lives. We expected a romantic place and a good family care but we have received much more. Especially Elpida but also her family did the best to please us. Everyone had a specific role and was good at it. We loved the very stylish house, great views from the restaurant and bar to the sceneries around (so romantic !). The breakfast was very delicious and we spent much time there enjoying the luxurious views over the cliffs down to the sea.

Katerina and her family made a good holiday even better. The beach that is 2 minutes away was on of the best beaches in Samos. The family restaurant offered Greek traditional food, that made it hard for us to leave.
